Iulian: service mechanic at TPS

“I found a TPS advert on a job site in Romania and uploaded my CV without any big expectations. Shortly afterwards, I was contacted and after two weeks I was on my way to The Netherlands.

I've been working at the MAK factory in Dordrecht. Working here is better than I expected. I feel respected, trusted and the projects are interesting and very demanding. I improve my ship engine knowledge every day and I learn about all the new technologies. 

My working place is very nice. We work in teams and help each other. I am very happy that I have the opportunity to work for such an important player in the marine engines department.

TPS is an honest company and can be trusted. Together we found a solution for every problem I had since I’m in the Netherlands. After six months here I can say that I am not only an employee at TPS, but I feel like I am part of a small family. Thank you for choosing me to be part of your team!
