Introduction

TPS, as the employer for European technical specialists, coordinates, facilitates and manages multiple residential and commercial addresses that have to be maintained on a regular base. What can you expect from TPS?

• An excellent salary: €530,00 per week, based on 40 normal hours. Salary can range to €650,00 nett per week in case you have the possibility to work extra hours.
• Extra hours and working on Saturdays is possible, but never guaranteed.
• Working weeks ranging from 40 - 55 hours work.
• Accommodation is paid and provided by TPS.
• Health insurance is paid and provided by TPS.
• Would you like to work for a longer period of time? No problem, stable future work perspective is our focus. Do you prefer short projects? We can always help you with that too.
• You will receive a company car including free gasoline for all work related kilometers.
• In case you come with your personal car, TPS will pay you an extra nett allowance for every work related kilometer consisting of €0,23 per kilometer.
• TPS has annual budget available for personal development e.g. job required certificates and relevant courses.

What are you going to do?

TPS is a staffing agency with European technical specialists working for our client throughout the whole country. We look for professional painters that can perform the periodical maintenance and quick fixes by painting the residential and commercial buildings we manage, coordinate and facilitate for our employees. You will become part of the Operations department at our office team.

• The periodical interior and exterior painting maintenance of TPS affiliated residential and commercial buildings.
• Sanding so that the paint layer can be properly applied. Sandblasting can also be appropriate.
• Filling surfaces to make the surface smooth and even.
• Painting and varnishing walls, ceilings, doors and window frames; both interior and exterior to the buildings.
• Wallpapering walls and partitions.

TPS will expect you to work nice and accurate, with a good and efficient working pace and with care for quality.
The working week can range from 40-55 hours per week.

What do we expect from you?

• You have demonstrable work experience as a painter in the residential- and commercial buildings painting industry.
• You have a diploma as a professional painter or maintenance painter.
• You have at least two years experience with all-round painting works on residential and/or commercial buildings.
• You have at least two years experience with installing and repairing mechanical parts for industrial processes.
• You have a good level of English in speaking and reading.
• You must have a valid driving license Cat. B.
